Salt Shack programs focuses on safe workouts and healthy eating. This training approach can help you achieve various goals, such as improving your overall well-being, shedding pounds, or enhancing your performance. The best thing about this program is that it suits everyone, regardless of whether you're new to the gym or a seasoned exerciser. With our skilled trainers and tailored program, we're here to push you to your limits!

This is the traditional looking and feeling CrossFit program and we offer a PERFORMANCE and FITNESS option. Performance has all the skills, loading, volume, workout structures, time domains, and benchmarks you would expect in a well-rounded CrossFit program. Fitness is the moderate skill version of the workout with limits on movement complexity, loading and overall volume. The program also has everything in between and beyond our two base workouts of the day. COMPETITOR programming is also available.

FLEX

Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri

3:30-4:30pm

Our functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program is so much fun and can be done in addition to CrossFit or by itself. FLEX workouts trade out intensity for a little more burn and aesthetics. Each day consists of functional strength followed by a bodybuilding session. The goal of FLEX is simple - all gains, zero stress!

GO

Mon, Wed, Fri

12-1pm

This is if for you if you’re on the go and have an hour midday to get your sweat on! GO is the best High-Intensity Interval Training program that requires light equipment. Our GO classes are a great complement to any of our other programs too!

OPEN GYM

Monday - Friday: 10am-4:30pm

Sunday: 9-10am

Members of Salt Shack have the opportunity to use open gym throughout the week.
