On Ramp Training

3 Private Sessions for $99

If you’ve new to CrossFit or have never been in a gym, there’s no need to worry. Our on ramp classes are where you learn the core functional movements of CrossFit. Not only will you learn the movements, but you will also be lead through progressions of the movements specific to your needs.

Coaches work one on one with you, providing you with our undivided attention. These sessions provide an opportunity to conduct our evaluation and to get to know each other better.

After successfully completing the On Ramp Program, then you are ready to start participating in our CrossFit classes.  Our staff will help you determine what membership package is the best fit for you.
